Dr. Leslie A. Miles is a seasoned marriage and family therapist, clinical leader, and the Founder of Milestone Marriage and Family Therapy. With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their most difficult seasons through a deeply empathetic, trauma-informed lens.
An EMDR-trained specialist, Dr. Miles focuses on maternal mental health and supports those walking through infertility, pregnancy, and child loss. Whether she is providing clinical care or mentoring the next generation of therapists, Dr. Miles leads with a mission of resilience and the firm belief that everyone deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and reclaim their well-being.
